I was watching bees work the flowers on my Red Baron peach tree when this hummer pulled up and stole the show.

Nice! I just added one of these to my yard. I haven’t tried a red baron yet only August pride. I’m hoping the flavor is on point.

Beautiful! It’s fun to watch them at work and also completely still going around the garden.
I still remember the time I was spraying the yard and a hummingbird decided to bathe in the spray. I kept spraying, it lasted for several minutes, and hasn’t happened since, although I’ve offered. When magic is happening, just enjoy it.
Our Alberta Peach had lots of blossoms that turned into what looked like baby peach but they all dried up and died. It’s a young tree so maybe it was too early to bare fruit. Looking forward to next year. Our Panamint Nectarines did well and we had lots of great tasting fruit.
